Felecia and TAF Tara, a 3 year old, second freshener Smooth Operator great grand daughter and Simple Life doe who had 2 legs. Pictured here she was 2nd in her class with 1st udder.  I will morn her forever,
I was going to sell the herd and my daughter talked me into keeping them and changed my mind! I am glad as we have had alot of wonderful experiences and times since then... You have to go thru some bad times to appreciate what you have and the good times! Thanks Fefe for being my shoulder to cry on!!
Tara was THE ONE... She meant the world to me... We lost her 1 week after she freshed for the fourth time... She kidded 9 days early and had a horrible time... I love her and will miss her very much...She died way before her time. She had 2 legs, I was going to take her to the Nationals because she did fresh with an absolute gorgeous udder and had excellent dairy and breed characteriscs. She is an Angel now looking over that Rainbow Bridge...  And I hope to see her one day!

.

Her milking records are 268 days, 1820 lbs of milk, 81 fat and 62 protein.BEGLEY'S TROUBLED ACRES TAMARA  3*M 4-22-00 / AN1156187 This is one of Tara's daughter.
She is the last daughter I got from Tara before loosing her, so needless to say she is very special!

Tamara places well as a 1st and 2nd freshener. I am very pleased with her beautiful, tight attachment. Her rear is very high and her fore is very smooth, she has a wonderful medial with nice teat placement. I anticipate her to mature out to be a wonderful doe. Tamare was on test in 02 she earned her star, she is a 3*M. Her records are 268 days, 1820 lbs of milk, 81 fat and 62 protein. Her Sire is Chevy Acres St. Marteen a son of Chevy Acres PT Philadelphia. Tilly is a doe I have been wanting for a long time... I am very lucky to have had her...pictured here she is 9 years old; she is still going strong at the age of 12. She stands on wonderful feet and legs with absolutely beautiful head and breed characteristics. She has the best mammary I have ever seen with an extremely high and wide attachment with the SMOOTHEST fore with great extension, lots of area of attachment! Her sharpness and dairy character just oozes from one end to the other! I have 2 daughters and a son to remain in the herd. Thanks Mark Stevens for letting me have her the last few years of her life.. she has given me great pleasures...Unfortunately I lost Tilly in 2003 due to the horrible winter we had. I will treasure her forever!Good-bye Tilly I will keep you in my heart forever! We love you and hope to see you some day! Wait for us as I will long to see you and will be looking for you when the time comes!

Gabrielle is a Chantilly daughter. She was AI'd 2004 to Simple Life Farm Bulwinkle and had a set of trips... 2 daughters and a son.. I am anticipating wonderful udders. I AI'd her again 2005 with the same sire.  She kidded with twin  buckling I retained one and will use him heavily once he matures. I will be AI'ing her again semen hasn't been selected yet. Even though Gabrielle was born here at the Farm she doesn't carry my farm name.... I owned her sire and bred him to Tilly which I ended up buying about 1 month after being bred.. Unfortunately she is not in my herd name even though she was born here. I feel she is a good part of my breeding.  She finished as a 4 year old.

Gabrielle placed 14th at the 06 Nationals out of 30+.She went Reserve Sr Nubain at the open show at the 06 KY State Fair. She went BOB & BUOB at the 06 TN Valley State Fair
